Job summary

Priority StaffCorp is hiring Assembly, Fabrication & Hydro Test Technicians for multiple oil & gas manufacturing companies. We have 1st, 2nd, and weekend 3rd shift positions available.

Candidates may have experience in assembly, fabrication, CNC operation, sheet metal manufacturing, or hydrostatic testing of valves, piping, and related components. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling components, performing hydrostatic tests, operating fabrication equipment like fiber lasers

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, CNC, or hydro testing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using shop tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Assemble mechanical components and fabricated parts.
• Perform hydrostatic testing to verify quality and pressure integrity.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as shear, manual plate rollers, fiber lasers, and press brakes.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures.
