Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership in construction and commissioning in energy or heavy industry.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, commissioning processes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience delivering customer service and managing long-term client relationships.
• Ability to navigate diverse environments and drive continuous improvement.
