Job summary

A leading firm in energy sectors is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to lead hydro generator installations in Virginia. This hands-on role requires at least 10 years of hydroelectric experience and operational leadership. You will manage generator assembly activities while ensuring EHS standards and maintaining quality and safety. Qualifications

• 10+ years of hydroelectric generator experience (supervisory or site leadership).
• 5+ years hands-on mechanical installation experience (shaft lines, turbines, generators, windings).
• Comfortable working in field-based, physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end generator assembly and auxiliary installation activities.
• Develop detailed activity planning and sequencing.
• Manage site execution and ensure adherence to EHS standards.
