Job summary

Voith US Inc. seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead quality governance for hydroelectric projects from bid phase through turnover.

You will ensure customer, contractual, regulatory, and company quality requirements are planned, deployed, monitored, and achieved across the lifecycle. You will serve as the primary quality representative, report to the Head of Project Quality, and collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Construction, and Commissioning to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Project Management, Construction, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Quality, Quality Management, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or related functions.
• Experience in project-based, engineer-to-order, manufacturing, energy, construction, hydroelectric environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across multiple functions, organizations, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all project quality activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and related documentation.
• Facilitate integration of customer, contractual, regulatory, environmental, and company quality requirements.
• Act as the primary quality representative within project teams and support stakeholders on quality decisions.
