Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Hydro Blast Crew Leader to guide a single crew in vacuum and hydro blasting at industrial facilities. You will oversee daily activities, ensure safety, and perform installation, repair, and testing tasks on client projects while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires leading crews, operating hydro blast pumps, and coordinating load-outs. Expect shifts up to 12–16 hours, outdoors, with up to 25% travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years' refinery or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hydro blast equipment (shotgun).
• Valid TWIC card and current driver license; CDL A preferred.
• Willingness to work 12–16 hour shifts and travel up to 25%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members and train new employees per policies.
• Ensure equipment functions; hydro blast with shotgun operation.
• Oversee hydro blast pumps (10K/20K/40K) and vacuum trucks.
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs safely and efficiently.
• Inspect work from site to equipment before starting.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis and safety paperwork.
• Follow OSHA safety rules; report issues promptly.
• Document work promptly and accurately.
• Assist in maintenance and general housekeeping of equipment.
• Wash/clean equipment; perform pressure washing.
