USA DeBusk is seeking a Hydro Blast Crew Leader to perform high‑pressure water blasting tasks, lead crews, and ensure compliance with safety and client standards. The role involves travel up to 30% and long shifts, including day or night work at industrial sites.

Applicants should have hydro blasting and vacuuming experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming operations is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must pass a hair follicle drug screen and background checks.
• Knowledge of hydro blast pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and provide feedback; train new employees per policy.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning and ready for use.
• Be familiar with hydro blast pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and vacuum trucks.
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum jobs and prep equipment safely.
• Inspect work quality from site to equipment before starting.
