Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Hydro Blast Field Supervisor to lead crews in vacuum and hydro blasting at industrial facilities. You will manage equipment, safety procedures, and client communication while coordinating loadouts and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines.

Role requires 2–4 years of related experience, 1–2 years supervisory exposure, TWIC, a valid license, and willingness to travel up to 25% with 12–16 hour shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of related experience required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience required.
• TWIC card required.
• Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at Industrial Owner Facilities.
• Be on call 24/7 and available for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff; train new employees per policy.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance.
• Ensure equipment function and safety compliance per OSHA guidelines.
• Know Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum/ Air Trucks.
• Prepare loadouts, inspect jobsites and equipment before work.
• Complete JSA and safety paperwork; update clients.
