Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Field Technician Supervisor to lead multiple crews in hydro blasting and vacuuming at industrial facilities. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with clients on job progress.

The position involves handling, loading, and operating hydro blast pumps and vacuum trucks, with shifts that may be 12–16 hours and travel up to 25% to industrial sites. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years related experience in industrial facilities preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience required.
• Able to travel up to 25% and work long shifts outdoors/in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff; train new employees.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance.
• Enforce safety OSHA guidelines and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about Hydro Blast Pumps and Vacuum Truck operations.
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment and jobsite before start; complete JSA and safety paperwork.
• Communicate updates with clients and perform general equipment maintenance.
• Return equipment and PPE to designated areas; perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
