Day Shift Hours! Monday – Thursday: 6:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime on Friday. Hours may vary.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As an Installation Technician in our hydraulics department, you will play a crucial role in the hydraulics bay. Your responsibilities include installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components, contributing to heavy-duty work truck builds.

This role also involves diagnostic and repair work. You will need to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, and ensure accurate installations and repairs. Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems is a plus.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS (preferred):

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes
• Technical degrees or specialty certifications (e.g., welding, electrical, hydraulics) are helpful but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding fumes at times
