Day Shift Hours! Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime on Friday. Hours may vary.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As an Installation Technician in our hydraulics department, you will play a crucial role in the hydraulics bay. Your responsibilities include installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components, contributing to heavy-duty work truck builds.

This role also involves diagnostic and repair work. You will need to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, and ensure accurate installations and repairs. Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems is a plus.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS (preferred):

• Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes
• Technical degree or specialty certifications (e.g., welding, electrical, hydraulics) are helpful but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing
• Exposure to noise and welding/grinding fumes at times
