Job summary

Bosch Rexroth, dba HydraForce, Inc. is seeking an engineering intern to support its drive and hydraulic testing teams in Vernon Hills, IL. The program aims to develop future engineering resources with increasing technical complexity based on performance.

Interns will troubleshoot hydraulic circuits, review schematics, calibrate test equipment, and assist with correlation studies. Indefinite US work authorization is required and the position offers a path toward entry-level engineering roles

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering college undergraduate program.
• Fluid power knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC programming is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuits and tooling on test stands.
• Analyze and repair stand issues using troubleshooting guides.
• Review circuits and schematics to troubleshoot test setups and power units.
• Calibrate testing equipment such as sensors.
• Assist in correlation studies and GR&R for qualifying stands.
