Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions seeks a Hydraulic Technician (onsite, M-F) to assemble, fabricate, and test hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power systems and manifolds. The role requires welding (MIG/TIG), mechanical assembly, and system integration in a prototype-driven environment.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, collaborating with engineering, and performing functional tests to meet quality standards. This on-site role offers growth and hands-on, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to High School Diploma or GED; associates degree in a technical field desired.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in hydraulic/pneumatic component production; ISO9001 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow engineering drawings and BOMs for unit assembly.
• Assemble hydraulic power units and pneumatic systems; fabricate mounts, brackets, and related components.
• Perform functional testing and generate test reports to ensure quality and customer specs.
• Train and mentor team members; promote a collaborative, safe work environment.
