Qualifications

• Education equivalent to High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or technical training in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in hydraulic/pneumatic production.
• ISO9001 environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and BOMs to determine assembly steps per procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers on layout and system configuration.
• Assemble hydraulic power units, valves, reservoirs, and related components.
• Assemble pneumatic systems with proper valves, actuators, and controls.
• Fabricate and weld mounts, brackets, and supports for integrity.
• Perform functional testing and complete test reports to specs.
• Provide design feedback to improve future builds.
• Maintain 5S, clean, safe work environment; support continuous improvement.
• Mentor teammates in assembly techniques and best practices.
