You will test and diagnose assemblies, read schematics, work with engineering and production teams, document results, and contribute to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with hydraulics, fluid power systems, manufacturing, testing, or assembly.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience documenting work activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate hydraulic assemblies using automated and manual test equipment.
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system issues and recommend solutions.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist with employee training, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support safe manufacturing practices.
