Job summary

Parker Hannifin seeks an Engineer II to join the Hydraulic Systems Team. You will help ensure reliability and performance of hydraulic components in aircraft production and field operations, collaborating with customers and suppliers to address issues and drive improvements.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–3 years in aerospace or related fields, plus strong problem solving skills and experience with 8D, Apollo, Minitab, and similar methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
• 2–3 years of engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or related field.
• Demonstrated problem solving and root cause analysis skills using tools such as 8D, Apollo, Minitab, and 5-Why.
• Has working knowledge of engineering domain principles and associated practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact for customers and support RMA and FAR processes.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and QA to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify trends for product design and processes.
• Perform hydraulic system analyses including line sizing, reservoir sizing, and pressure analysis.
