Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, assist in mentoring newer staff, and support sales and customers with sizing and applications. This is an on-site position in Huntsville, Alabama, requiring a strong engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred; valve design a plus.
• Proficiency with CAD/engineering design tools and modeling software.
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams and customers.
• Wamiliarity with design processes and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed product specifications by analyzing performance and customer requirements.
• Performs feasibility and trade studies using standard analytical methods; recommends solutions.
• Interprets and validates test results to ensure reliability and safety standards.
• Provides technical information for reviews and writes supporting documentation and proposals.
• Contributes to project milestones: diagrams, layouts, data structures, interfaces, and drawings.
• Reviews specifications for clarity and conformity; identifies issues and recommends improvements.
• Supports field sales and customers with technical support and product understanding.
• Mentors new employees and represents the company on specific projects.
