Job summary

Bosch Rexroth invites motivated engineering students to join HydraForce’s summer internship program for 2027. You will work with the Quality Engineering group providing hands-on support across inspection labs, measurement analysis, and hydraulic testing.

Candidates should be pursuing an engineering degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and exposure to Six Sigma/Lean tools. The program emphasizes developing future engineers, offering tasks from data collection to root-cause analysis, and preparing you to

Qualifications

  • Engineering student enrolled in undergrad or grad program (GPA 3.0+).
  • Coursework/experience in statistical analysis and lean tools preferred.
  • Coursework/experience in measurement systems preferred.
  • 3D modeling experience; CNC programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in continuous improvement projects and documentation.
  • Support inspection, sorting, fixture design, and assembly tasks.
  • Perform measurement system analysis on gauges.
  • Apply Six Sigma/Lean tools to analyze and solve problems.
  • Assist hydraulic testing and valve/test stand troubleshooting.
  • Read hydraulic prints and support supplier quality reviews.
  • Maintain supplier corrective action data and analyze test data.
  • Contribute to control plans, FMEAs, WI, and process flows.
