Job summary

Bosch Rexroth, dba HydraForce, Inc. in the US Midwest is hiring for 2027 Summer Interns to develop future engineering resources and support our Engineering groups. The program escalates technical complexity, with interns prepared to step into entry‑level roles after graduation.

The internship runs June 2, 2027 to August 6, 2027, focusing on tool design, testing and process improvements. Participants gain hands-on experience in a fast‑paced environment and are mentored by engineers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering college undergraduate program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Basic proficiency in CAD modeling, preferably Creo.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support tool design including Creo modeling and dimensioning drawings.
• Follow a measurement plan and assist with FMEA.
• Improve layouts of assembly cells and throughput.
• Assist with production testing and equipment setup.
