Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions seeks a Hydraulics Project Engineer to oversee multiple projects involving hydraulic power units, manifolds, and systems. You will perform calculations, configure components, and generate CAD models and drawings, coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and CAD proficiency, with experience in hydraulic systems and ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years' hydraulic engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic components and multiple industrial/mobile hydraulics applications.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and engineering software for analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple hydraulic projects from concept to delivery.
• Define requirements, develop specs, and perform engineering calculations.
• Select and configure hydraulic components meeting specifications.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations; use ERP for orders and work orders.
• Support shop with troubleshooting and quality sign-off.
