Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in production, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or maintenance of hydraulic systems or related equipment.
• Experience leading a production or maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities in assembly and testing areas.
• Coordinate team assignments and remove barriers to production output.
• Perform assembly of hydraulic power units and related products.
• Set up and oversee testing to verify specifications and safety compliance.
• Interpret hydraulic schematics and drawings to confirm requirements.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects and readiness.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and basic electrical issues with team guidance.
• Mentor team members on safety, procedures, and quality standards.
