Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned team to manage workflow and output.
• Provide coaching and direction to associates.
• Coordinate with Operations Leader on employee development.
• Assign tasks based on team capacity.
• Test completed products and systems.
• Coordinate with leadership to assist in field service as needed.
• Implement process improvements to help the site achieve goals.
• Maintain inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Uphold safety practices and procedures at all times.
• Assemble mobile hydraulic systems per work instructions and meet quality standards.
