Actalent is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Oshkosh, WI to design and integrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems for heavy‑duty vehicles. You will work on routing, layouts, calculations and component selection to meet performance and safety standards.

You will review documentation, evaluate designs for reliability and manufacturability, and troubleshoot issues while supporting production with engineering, supplier and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fluid-power concepts; experience with hydraulic/pneumatic routing, sizing, and component selection.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems for heavy-duty vehicles, including routing, layouts, engineering calculations, and component selection.
• Review engineering documentation and evaluate designs for performance, safety, reliability, and manufacturability, while troubleshooting issues and supporting production with cross-functional teams.
