The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read written work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic components and parts using hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment.
• Read and follow production work instructions, drawings, and BOMs.
• Identify and retrieve correct components needed for assembly.
• Perform quality inspections using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Verify parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Package and label completed products according to instructions.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete production counts and documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
