Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking a Material Planner – Hydraulics to strengthen supply chain operations, forecast materials, and maintain SAP data integrity. You will work with Production, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure seamless material flow and strong on-time delivery.

You will analyze demand trends, optimize inventory, and contribute to Lean initiatives that improve efficiency, working across multiple product categories and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of material planning, production scheduling, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and forecast material requirements using SAP and other analytics to support production planning.
• Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to maintain continuous material flow across product categories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile SAP data with physical stock.
• Develop and manage inventory strategies to minimize shortages and carrying costs.
• Analyze demand and supply trends to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to align material availability with launches and forecasts.
• Create and maintain key supply chain KPIs and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material management processes.
