Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Hydraulic Hose Assembly Technician for a contract-to-hire role onsite in White Marsh, MD. You will assemble hydraulic hoses, measure, cut, crimp, and attach fittings for shipment, and participate in lean activities.

The position requires 3+ years of hose assembly experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in hydraulic or industrial hose assembly.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including tape measures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Participate in inventory cycle counts and maintain stock by tagging, stacking, sorting, and organizing.
Clean equipment and all shop areas to ensure a tidy working environment.

Regularly suggest improvements and work on continuous improvement projects focused on lean, quality, and safety.
Independently complete production and assemblies as required.
Assist in order entry to support operational efficiency.
Lift up to 50 lbs as part of assembly and production tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
