Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Phoenixville, PA is seeking a Mechanical/Hydraulic Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing business. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$24, with guaranteed overtime and a sign-on bonus after conversion to permanent staff.

No hydraulic assembly experience is required; a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn) are valued.

Mechanical/Hydraulic Assembler

Phoenixville, PA

Temporary-to-permanent (W2)

Hourly rate: $20-24 an hour + Guaranteed overtime + Sign on bonus (after temporary period)

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join a well-established manufacturing business with over 50 years of experience producing specialist hydraulic components and systems.

Previous hydraulic assembly experience is not essential for this role. The company is looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, and preferably the ability to read and understand blueprints, and a willingness to learn.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, or hands-on trade background to develop their skills within a specialist manufacturing environment.
