Hydraulics Assembler

We’re hiring a Hydraulics Assembler to help build and install hydraulic systems on aerial lift equipment mounted to truck bodies.

This is a hands‑on role in a manufacturing environment in Bethlehem, PA with the opportunity to convert to permanent after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Install hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings
• Read and follow schematics, engineering drawings, and diagrams
• Assemble hoses and fittings to proper specs and cleanliness standards
• Perform pressure testing, flow checks, and system startup
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic issues during assembly
• Assist with basic electrical connections (12V and 120/240V)
• Document work and maintain quality standards
• Keep a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications
