Poclain Hydraulics, a global leader in hydraulic systems, seeks an Applications Engineer in Wisconsin to design hydraulic transmission systems for mobile equipment and to collaborate with customers and the Sales team to deliver tailored solutions.

The role involves developing schematics, BOMs, supporting prototype testing, and presenting technical options. Expect ~20–25% travel across North America and an annual trip to the France headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Design hydraulic transmission systems for mobile equipment applications.
• Develop hydraulic schematics and Bills of Material.
• Support prototype testing and product validation.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and distributors.
• Partner with Sales to develop customized solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Support CRM activities and technical documentation.
