Gulfstream Aerospace in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced RS Aircraft Component Repair Technician II - Hydraulics. The role focuses on repairing and overhauling hydraulic reservoirs and actuators, with weekend shift duties after training and flexibility for other shifts as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, blueprints interpretation, and 2 years in hydraulic overhaul or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; able to read blueprints and engg docs.
• 2 years experience in hydraulic overhaul, sheetmetal, or related maintenance.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools and shop math.
• Experience with APU removal and servicing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Repair and overhaul internal and external aircraft assemblies and components per FAA RS requirements.
• Set up and operate test equipment to perform functional tests.
• Remove skins and install parts on flight controls and secondary structures.
• Fabricate and repair sheetmetal and wiring harnesses; troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Maintain paperwork in accordance with Repair Station documentation and safety standards.
