Job summary

SEEDS Ecology & Education Centers is hiring an Assistant Site Coordinator to support the Site Coordinator in Traverse City, MI. This role focuses on nutrition, enrichment, and academic support for youth, with 25 hours per week and afternoon hours.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, background checks, and First Aid/ CPR. Pay is $17.82 per hour with a hybrid work environment and opportunities to lead staff and coordinate activities.

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons and enrichment aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise SEEDS support staff in programming.
• Document child behavior and track attendance.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety protocols.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for DHHS/MiLEAP and MDE.
