Job summary

BWH Hotels is hiring a Worldwide Sales Operations Representative to support the Worldwide Sales team. You will help drive revenue growth across global distribution channels, maintain strong hotel and partner communications, and support revenue-generating activities.

The role combines administrative duties with stakeholder engagement, requiring meticulous organization and proficiency in Excel and CRM tools. Hybrid schedule with onsite in Phoenix, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with outbound communication (phone and email) in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and initiatives to support Worldwide Sales revenue goals.
• Serve as a communication link between Worldwide Sales Managers, hotels, and affiliates.
• Manage and respond to WWS inboxes with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Perform data management tasks and create reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Conduct outbound calls to hotels to discuss revenue opportunities and program participation.
