Job summary

TC Energy in Houston is seeking an experienced HR Governance Advisor to support our respectful workplace program. The role focuses on resolving workplace misconduct, including harassment, discrimination and violence, through investigations or alternative resolution methods.

You will monitor legislation, deliver training, manage accommodation requests, assess conflicts of interest, and report on program effectiveness, with a hybrid work model across North America.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources, business, law, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in HR or related disciplines.

• Assess, resolve and maintain records of complex harassment, discrimination, violence and other inappropriate behaviours involving employees, contractors and/or third parties.
