Ulta Beauty is seeking a highly organized Facilities & Workplace Operations Coordinator to support a 350,000-square-foot corporate campus, mock store, and hybrid workplace initiatives. Responsibilities include desk reservations, space planning, vendor management, event support, and ensuring safety and efficiency across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations or related fields.
• Experience coordinating vendors and facilities services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Professional presence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute shared seating and hybrid workplace strategies using management systems.
• Manage desk reservations, space bookings, and floor plans.
• Coordinate office moves, furniture installs, and reconfigurations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Support occupancy planning, events, and workplace safety.
• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
