Job summary

Marsh seeks an Executive Rewards Analyst in Louisville as part of the Executive Rewards team within Marsh People and Investments. The College Program 2027 is a full-time, on-site role with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days in the office or with clients.

You will support senior consultants with analytics, research industry practices, and help design rewards strategies to align with client objectives. The program offers growth and exposure to global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; expected graduation Spring 2027.
• Anticipated start August 2027; full-time, on-site role in Louisville; relocation assistance not available.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; CPT/OPT restricted forms of work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams.
• Conduct research to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy and compensation practices.
• Analyze clients’ strategic, financial, and organizational information to develop insights and solutions.
• Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups.
• Collaborate with project teams on how best to structure analyses and present findings.
• Prepare presentations for boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leaders.
