Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.
• Strong understanding of WC statutes and procedures.
• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers.
• Ensure compliance with state WC regulations.
