• Experience taking and defending depositions and handling discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload from inception to resolution; draft pleadings and motions.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to bolster strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients and collaborate with attorneys.
