The firm offers a flexible hybrid schedule, a collaborative environment, and a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school and NH State Bar admission.
• Bar admission in Maine and/or Vermont or sufficient UBE score for waiver.
• At least four years of civil litigation experience in NH state and federal courts.
• Experience trying cases and conducting depositions; ADR and negotiations.
• Strong advocacy, legal research, and dispositive motions drafting.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload from inception to resolution with deadlines.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys on strategy.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain clear communication.
