Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and CT Bar admission or adequate UBE score.
• 3–8 years of litigation experience; insurance defense preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions; strong legal research.
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from inception to conclusion, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials to gain courtroom experience.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to devise litigation strategies.
• Provide status updates and written reports to clients and supervising attorneys.
