Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of claims experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of claims experience with knowledge of insurer claims services.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, management and peers.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain claims status updates from carrier partners.
• Provide suggestions to adjusters to assist with claim resolution.
• Develop claims management strategies with clients.
• Help clients reduce the cost of claims and determine the best management approach.
