Job summary

Everfox seeks a Workday Integrations & Reporting Developer to design, build, and test integrations, custom reports, and dashboards per business needs. You will monitor integrations, respond to warnings, and support cross-platform reporting including Oracle Fusion ERP as capacity allows.

The role is hybrid in Herndon, VA or Richardson, TX, with opportunities to learn and contribute across platforms. A strong Workday background and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience, with at least 2 years of Workday integration development.
• Expert knowledge of Workday HCM and related domains (benefits, compensation, recruiting, payroll, absence, time, security).
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
• Familiarity with ITGC controls and data protection practices.
• Expert knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Strong communication and ability to work across teams.
• Ability to work outside standard hours for high-priority issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions (inbound/outbound).
• Collaborate with analysts, admins and stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards and data extracts using Workday tools.
• Design and implement proactive monitoring and alerting.
• Monitor daily integration activity; troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency.
• Develop test cases and oversee testing for enhancements and releases.
• Create/maintain technical documentation for integrations and dashboards.
• Contribute to the Workday HR roadmap and perform regression testing for releases.
• Review HR processes and Workday capabilities for process improvements.
• Perform other related duties; US Citizenship or US Person requirement.
