Everfox is hiring a Workday Integrations & Reporting Developer to design, build and test integrations, custom reports and dashboards in Workday. The role also involves proactive monitoring, incident response and collaboration with analysts and admins to meet business needs.

The position is hybrid, based in Herndon, VA or Richardson, TX, with opportunities to learn Oracle Fusion ERP when possible. You will develop secure integration solutions and contribute to HR technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, with at least 2 years Workday integration development.
• Expert knowledge of Workday HCM and strong working knowledge across benefits, compensation, recruiting, payroll, absence, time and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions (inbound and outbound).
• Monitor integrations and respond to warnings and critical errors with urgency.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards and data extracts using Workday reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and admins to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.

You will be designing, building and testing integrations, custom reports and dashboards according to business requirements and needs in Workday. Design and deploy proactive monitoring and alerting solutions, monitor integration status, and respond to warnings and critical errors with a sense of urgency. While Workday is the core focus, the position also offers the opportunity to learn and contribute to Oracle Fusion ERP when capacity allows, supporting cross‐platform integration and reporting needs.**Location:** This is a hybrid role in Herndon, VA or Richardson, TX.**Responsibilities:****Integration Design, Build & Deployment*** Responsibilities include designing, building and testing integrations, custom reports and dashboards according to business requirements and needs in Workday.* Design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions (inbound and outbound) using:* EIB* Core Connectors* Document Transforms* XSLT Transformations* Workday Studio* RaaS (Report-as-a-Service)* Boomerang**Monitoring & Issue Resolution*** Design and deploy proactive monitoring and alerting solutions, monitor integration status, and respond to warnings and critical errors with a sense of urgency.* Monitor daily activity for 20–30 integrations, particularly payroll and benefits, with expectation to resolve critical issues within 24 hours.Integration monitoring, incident management and root cause analysis.**Collaboration & Requirements Gathering*** Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.* Design solutions that meet business needs.**Reporting & Data Structures*** Develop custom reports, dashboards and data extracts using Workday reporting tools.* Familiarity with calculated fields is critical, including advanced reporting and calculated fields used frequently in integrations.**Security & Integration Accounts*** Design solutions leveraging Workday security best practices.* Use and manage Integration System Users (ISUs) and Integration System Security Groups (ISSGs) to ensure integrations run securely and are not tied to individual users.**Testing, Documentation & Release Management*** Develop test cases and perform or oversee testing for enhancements, fixes and releases.* Create and maintain technical documentation for all integrations, custom reports and dashboards.* Participate in HR technology roadmap creation and maintenance; perform regression testing for new releases.**Continuous Improvement & Workday Optimization*** Continually review key HR business processes and Workday capabilities and identify areas for improved processing.* Perform other related duties as required.**Education and Experience Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.* Minimum 3 years of related experience, with at least 2 years of Workday integration development experience.**Workday Functional & Technical Expertise*** Expert knowledge of Workday HCM and strong working knowledge across benefits, compensation, recruiting, payroll, absence, time and security.* Experience with Workday US and UK environments* Participation in Workday implementation projects* Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).**Preferred Qualifications*** Workday Integrations Pro Certification* Experience with Workday Orchestrate* Experience integrating Workday with Oracle Fusion ERP**Other Requirements*** Familiarity with ITGC policies and controls.* Ability to work outside standard business hours to address high‐priority issues.* High confidentiality and professionalism.* Strong organization and deadline‐driven skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication.A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:$132,800.00-164,300.00 USD The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
