Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst to develop and maintain HRIS reports using Workday. This hybrid position requires candidates to live in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.

Competitive salary ranges between $69,760 and $83,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage and parental leave.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in HRIS or 3 years in reporting/analytics.
• Technical experience maintaining an HRIS system.
• Bonus experience in Workday system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HRIS reports and documentation.
• Create standard reports, queries, and dashboards.
• Train end-users on Workday reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders for custom reports.
• Ensure seamless transitions during Workday updates.

Skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
