Job summary

Central Bank seeks a Full Time - Regular IT Service Desk technician to install, support and administer Windows desktops and applications, and resolve technical problems. Service desk coverage as scheduled in a hybrid work environment in Jefferson City, MO.

Requirements include a BS/BA in CS or related field and 1–2 years in a networked environment, plus strong communication and Windows OS/hardware knowledge. Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional after hours; 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in a networked environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and attention to detail.
• A good understanding of the Windows desktop operating system.
• A good understanding of desktop hardware.
• A good understanding of TCP/IP protocol.

• Installation, support and administration of applications using the Windows platform
