Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or order entry role.
• Strong working knowledge of order entry systems (NetSuite, Sage, MarketTime, Faire Marketplace, TrueCommerce, QuickBooks, or other ERP/CRM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate order details per internal guidelines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations/logistics to track order status and shipping timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact for key accounts for questions, issues, or updates.
