KWS Cereals USA LLC is seeking a permanent Production Research Manager to lead field trials for hybrid seed production and to refine production methodologies. The role involves coordinating with growers, trial providers, and conditioning partners while managing budgets and timelines on a global scale.

The position requires extensive experience with in-field trials, agronomic optimization, and cross-border collaboration, with travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting in-field trials in hybrid crop production.
• Understanding of small grains production.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead field trials for foundation and commercial hybrid seed production.
• Design experiments to optimize environmental and agronomic practices.
• Refine production methodologies for cost-effective seed production.
