Qualifications

• B.S. in Agronomy with 5+ years of agronomy research experience considered.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead agronomic research across corn and soybean varieties.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and dealers.
• Oversee field activities, plots, and data collection at multiple sites.
• Collaborate with sales and agronomy teams to meet regional needs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliant research practices.
