Brightpoint Community College invites applications for a Web Developer to blend full-stack development, UX, and modern design to create accessible, engaging digital experiences for our diverse community.

Based at the Midlothian Campus with hybrid telework options, you will collaborate with faculty, staff, and OIT to deliver inclusive websites, dashboards, and data-informed tools that support student success.

Responsibilities

• Web Development & Maintenance: Build, update, and maintain dynamic, interactive, and responsive websites and digital tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content Strategist and Creative Services to align web design with branding.
• IT & DevOps Integration: Collaborate with the programmer in OIT to support smooth development operations, system integrations, and custom applications.
• Campus Engagement: Work directly with faculty and staff across departments, translating needs into effective web solutions.
• Data & Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SiteImprove to discover trends and drive improvements.
• API & Salesforce Integrations: Support, maintain, and enhance APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• College Dashboards & Reporting: Support dashboards and data-informed digital solutions for operations and student success.
• LLM -Enabled Applications & Integrations: Use LLMs and AI tools to support custom college apps and integrations.
