Job summary

ITCity Consulting is seeking an experienced Web Developer Instructor to lead our Web Development training program. The role requires a seasoned developer who can bring real-world project experience to the classroom and prepare students with practical, job-ready skills.

You will deliver a curriculum reflecting current web practices, including modern frameworks, tools, and AI-assisted workflows, helping students build portfolios that get hired.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of industry web development experience (front-end and/or full-stack).
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal, for instructional delivery.
• Nice to have: consulting or tutoring/teaching experience.
• USA work authorization (OPT, Green Card, Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Deliver live lectures (6–8 hours per week) per curriculum and timeline.
• Assess and grade student assignments and projects in a timely manner.
• Respond to student queries and coordinate with the program staff outside scheduled hours.
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learner paces and experiences.
