Job summary

Financial Integrators seeks a detail-oriented Financial Plan Associate in Iowa to drive client onboarding and plan preparation. You will bridge professionals, paraplanners, and accounting teams to ensure engagements align with firm guidelines and are delivered accurately.

You’ll serve as a primary contact for planning platforms, provide data oversight, and support advisors across the Financial Integrators Network to ensure a superior client experience. Hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry; securities experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, RightCapital).
• Solid understanding of core financial planning principles and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the gathering of client data and handle accurate data entry into financial plans.
• Coordinate with paraplanners to ensure plan details are reflected on meeting agendas and within the CRM; schedule advisor meetings.
• Own the overall oversight of financial planning engagements and assist onboarding to planning systems.
