Job summary

First National Bank (FNBO) is seeking a senior Business Development professional to drive growth across Wealth lines of business, coordinating events, marketing programs, and strategic projects with Advisors and senior leaders. You will translate business priorities into actionable plans and manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-5 years’ experience in business development, marketing, project management, events strategy and execution.
• Strong project management, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to create executive-ready presentations and reports.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM data analysis, or business development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development priorities across wealth lines of business.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, timelines, and deliverables from planning through completion.
• Plan and facilitate business development meetings and strategy sessions.
• Lead event planning from strategy to post-event follow-up and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing materials, content, and sponsorship assets with brand partners.
• Manage budgets, sponsorships, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Provide Salesforce training, data management, reporting, and system utilization support.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements in all activities.
